Returning today is Luke Carter, a nature photographer from Jonesborough, and chapter leader for Citizens’ Climate Lobby of Northeast Tennessee. Citizens’ Climate Lobby is a non-partisan organization of thousands of volunteers across the country promoting climate legislation.
